Hi there,
I'm currently taking antidepressants and anti psychotics, however, I wish to wean myself off and start taking St John's Wort as an alternative. I'm currently on 225mg of Efexor-XR daily and 200mg of the fast-acting Seroquel at night.
Can you please advise if it is safe to change to the natural supplement, or if I can take a combination of them both/all?
