Hi There I'm Currently Taking Tranexamic Acid Tablets And Norethisterone

Hi there I'm currently taking tranexamic acid tablets and norethisterone because I came on two weeks early and was still bleeding so went doctors and they gave me these. I've been experiencing all the pains cramps breast are tender tired could this just be the cause of me being on early. I took a pregnancy test Wednesday it was negative but I feel as if I might be? But because I've noticed that it looks like iv put on weight my belly is looking bit more bloated than normally as I am a very slim person! I don't eat a great deal I eat obviously normal breakfast lunch dinner etc normal size meals so to notice this I'm not sure ?
