Hi, there. I'm planning on seeing my long-distance girlfriend when she's scheduled to be in the middle of her cycle. She's currently on birth control, and we're wondering if she could take her hormone pills or placebo pills at slightly different times to either trigger it or hold it off. Is this safe, and is it effective? Thanks!
