Hi there, I've been smoking cannabis for 6 to ease my autism and intense ADHD and it's really improved my life and made me able to life and go out places again and be normal basically. however the past couple of years my sleep pattern has fallen apart, I cannot fall asleep until 7-8am usually now!!!thats become normal! So any tips on how to figure out a good time to smoke and a good way to fix my completely upside down sleep pattern?
Mi usually smoke sativa for my Autism and depression at 2pm, 4pm and 6Pm,
Indica - more CBD CBN CB9
Sativa -more THC
Then for my autism I smoke indica at 8pm, 9pm 11pm
But as I messioned its all fallen apart ive not know how to fix it. I was working well until I had a fe too many late nights,
Any help you can offer on how to get my sleep pattern black on track whilst still using the medication mentioned earlier. Would be greatly appriciated
