Hi There I've Had Bad Back Pains Now For A

Hi there I've had bad back pains now for a long time now but we'll over a year now I went to chiropractor and he had said I had done small disc damage bit that's only part of my story . I've been a smoker for over 6 years pot mainly but I've given it up now 11 days to be exact feeling posative about it.. about 3-4 month's ago I've been getting strange back pains on both sides some sorer when I'm in bed and breathing deeply as if it's my lungs I've always just passed it off as my back pain from before now this pain is alot worse when I'm in bed I don't know why if I take a sharp breath Thu my nostrils it pinpoints pain right side just under ribcage in my back..... Well yesterday i was at work I'm a part time electrician and I cut my finger with a hack saw nothing major just small cut on tip of finger nail and took some nail with it .. also cut my finger on some old tiles . Well late last night I felt like a jelly bean sized lump under my right jaw and I googled it sone Linda lymp node thing I'm just wondering what should I do maybe it's cancer as I had been a smoker and thst would explain my back pain/lung pain I'm unsure. ... really paranoid and thinking if going to get xrays done or cat scan your advice would help me alot .
