Hi There, I've Noticed Over The School Holidays Past Month

Hi there, I've noticed over the school holidays past month or so my six year old son is constantly licking his fingers and rubbing his nose .At first thought nothing of it but now it's been quite obvious he is doing it a lot.He has always been a very well behaved child and did very well in his first year of school but I noticed over the past few months his behaviour has become different ,not listening at home but is a saint at school .Will be seeing my gp tomorrow but just thought I'd ask some advice.
