Hi There, My 10 Year Old Son Has Stinging Under

Hi there, My 10 year old son has stinging under his arms and partly on his torso for 2 days. There is no rash, though ever so slightly pink streaks on the armpits. He has no temperature, but is in a lot of pain with the burning stinging sensation. What is this?! Thank you.
