My daughter is 4 she has this small dark, almost black mark on the inside of her ear almost in the canal. I've tried cleaning several times with a q-tip thinking it's dirt but it doesn't come off. Do you have any ideas on this? DO you suggest it's a concern to bring up to her Pediatrician?
