Hi There, My Foot Has Excruciating Pain When I Turn

Hi there,

My foot has excruciating pain when I turn it a certain way. Towards my heel on the left side of my foot. When I angle my foot to the right or when I keep my leg straight and bend down it feels hot and as if the inside of my foot is ripping. I’ve tried stretching it out but nothing is helping. It’s been about three weeks. It doesn’t hurt when walking, only if my leg is straight and I tilt my foot to the right or bend down with my leg straight. What should I do?
