Hi There... My Period Was Approx Four Days Late. Now

Hi there... My period was approx four days late. Now I only see bright red blood and tiny clots after urinating prior to this there was only a brownish discharge. I am swelling in my abdomen since approx 10 day after my last period moreover the swelling is worse at night.
