Hi There! My Question Comes With A Little Background First.

Hi there!

My question comes with a little background first. I am a military widow, and have lived all over the country, including Ft. Benning GA, and Ft. Bliss, TX (El Paso).
Recently, I lived in Los Angeles County, CA. I was exposed to Blasto Micosis at a kennel there.
My husband unfortunately passed away in 2012. In his autopsy, there was noted a fungus of an undisclosed nature was growing in his lungs. He had been back from Iraq for about 9 mos.
In the last year, I have developed sores all over my body, really bad on my back, and I am coughing up stuff that looks like jellyfish. The sores come and go in the same spots, can get very large and funky looking, and don't hurt.
I have finally gotten a dr. to send me to infectious diseases. He did some tests, and I came back with e coli and several different bacteria in my sinuses. Everything else is normal, except that I am extremely anemic
What would be a possible next move in your opinion? He did order a chest x-ray, sputum culture, and a titer for the blasto.
Thank you for your time,
Cyndi
