My son (age 20), a college student,has been on 40 mg of vayanase for ADD since September . He recently started experiencing a rapid heat rate and "hard beats" about 10 hours after taking the meds.
It seems strange to me that he would experience these side effects when the meds are wearing off or already worn off.
He has gone in for an EKG and they said it was fine.
This has happened the last 3 times he's taken the medicine and didn't happen when he didn't take it, so we are pretty sure it's related to the meds. Just can't figure out why it's happening now when he's been on it for 8 months without any problems.
