Hi There. Not Too Long Ago I Recently Fell On

Hi there. Not too long ago I recently fell on an out stretched hand and went to the ER and the suspected a scaphoid fracture but results came back fine. Pain has gone away for the most part but now I'm having very dull achy pain in my ring finger and pinky finger. They feel very stiff and want to bend. Also I have a super sharp pain in my palm if I apply weight to it or pressure.
