Hi There! Several Times Over The Couple Weeks, I Vomit

Hi there! Several times over the couple weeks, I vomit up a white egg shaped waxy ball of goo that ranges in size as big as my thumb to small as half pinky. It's hard but squishy (if that makes sense?) and feels very oily. I have no idea what it is! Any help given would be appreciated. Thank you!
