Hi There. Since Monday I Have Had An Headache, Sore

Hi there. Since Monday I have had an headache, sore throat, blocked head and little fever.
Headaches and sore throat stopped late yesterday and then this morning and all day I've had sharp pains just below my ribs on my right side, kind of near my hip but right under my ribs?
Could you please help :)
