Hi There. The Tragus On My Left Ear Seems Larger

Hi there. The Tragus on my left ear seems larger than my right. I have never noticed this before. I have no soreness, never had a piercing there and there is no bite, it just seems like it's larger and more pronounced...almost swollen. Could this have always been that way and I never noticed or what could be causing it? I have TMJ pain currently so have been rubbing near there a great deal thus me looking more closely at the ear, but I am concerned there is something underlying that is forcing the protrusion of this part of the ear, like a tumour.
