Hi There When I Do An ECG Mike QTC Range

When I do an ECG Mike QTC range is between 455-470. The cardiologist told me that because I previously had bulimia my potassium magnesium and calcium probably had an effect on my QTC. I'm a 38 year old woman and my bulimia is in remission. The cardiologists told me that I could take a beta blocker but I do not want to take one. I was wondering if there was a natural remedy order herbal remedies that could lower my QTC. Thank you very much.
