Hi There, Yesterday I Had A Heart Palpulation. I Am

Hi there, Yesterday I had a heart palpulation. I am only 23, fairly active, a none smoker and rarely drink. I visited a nurse practitioner this morning and they have referred me for an ECG and blood tests. (I have a strong family history of heart problems and conditions). I am slightly worried for the next steps of finding out the cause to the palpulation yesterday. What should I expect? Should I be concerned? I'm quite worried about it all.
