Hi There, A Few Weeks Ago, I Began Having Pain

Hi there, a few weeks ago, I began having pain on my toe (toe before small toe). It hurt to touch the toe, both on top and bottom of it. Now, there's swelling across the top of my foot near the toes and there's enough swelling. Not quite sure what it is???
