Hi There, A Friend Of Mine Has Been Experiencing An

Hi there, a friend of mine has been experiencing an on and off headache daily above his temple and sometimes over his eyebrow that is forcing his eyes closed. He is also having slurred speech and trouble thinking. The only relief he gets is when he puts pressure on his head. Could this be sinus related or something more serious?
