Hi There, About A 10 Days Ago I Developed A

Hi there, about a 10 days ago I developed a pain to the right of my belly button, more like an uncomfortable stitch like pain, I went to the doctor and he said it was inflammation of the colon, he gave me antibiotics and buscopan, a few days later it still hadn't improved, I went back to him, he took a urine sample, I did have a slight bladder infection, he gave me more antibiotics, librax and a homeopathic drops for IBS, it has improved slightly, but I still have a pain in my groin and a bit of lower back pain. Any idea what this could be?
