Hi There Are Two Moles On My Body 1 On

Hi there are two moles on my body 1 on shoulder and 1 on little lower on shoulder back cant really see that
Sometimes i feel there is some pus in them i try to scrach pinch just like we sqeeze a pimple then just some blood comes out after it brings pain in my shuolder and head basically whole side of that shoulder like and pain takes two days to go away awful 2 to 3 days plz tell me if its serious
