Hi There Doctor I Was Playin Around With My Cousin

Hi there doctor I was playin around with my cousin brother in the house and accidentally he sprayed it in my face area my mouth was open I got a little bad taste in my mouth so I spat then at 12 o clock I told my friend about it she told me to hav black coffe with sugar so had that and brushed my teeth feelin a little guddey so scared not slept as yet it's been about 3 hours and 45 min now what should I do help
