Hi There, During My First Pregnancy I Had Spontaneous Aborption

Hi there, during my first pregnancy I had spontaneous aborption but after that I had 2 healthy pregnancies in which doc advised me duphaston in first three months followed by proluton depo injection in second trimester.
I concieved again after 5 years and doc suggested me both in first trimester. I am 7 weeks but my USG shows 4 weeks. Do I need these medication and injections.
