Hi There Had A Total Knee Replacement Five Weeks Ago

Hi there had a total knee replacement five weeks ago and have been taking panadol osteo or panadol rapid - seem to be getting up at night maybe three times at two hourly intervals to urinate, not during the day which seems to be normal. Is this a result of prolonged use of panadol?
