Hi There , I Am 24 Years Old Guy And

Hi there , i am 24 years old guy and had a protected vaginal sex a month ago but as i was concerned about hiv so i have done a simple tri dot test to chech if there is a presence of hiv infection but the result was like HIV antibodies are not reactive. Hiv negativve so what dies this result means and how accurate are Tri dot test is ? Please help me with this problem .
