Hi There, I Am Curious Of Any Signs Of Gestational

Hi there, i am curious of any signs of gestational diabetes? I did my test a few days ago and my results r back but my doctors office are closed.. I have bad anxiety about it and am always anxious when i eat, especially things i think arent healthy.. Even if they are.. I feel weird after i eat, do you think its just my anxiety attacking me cus im so worried or do you think i actually have the diabetes..?
