Hi There ! I Had My Lungs Ultrasound Taken Recently

Hi there ! i had my lungs ultrasound taken recently and from what the doctor has told and it shows also ; my organs are kind of crowded in my chest, lungs are squished together like, along with heart and what not ... can this affect me while i m working out ? for example, while rolling over and doing gymnastics exercises ?
