Hi There I Have A Very Active Eleven Year Old

Hi there i have a very active eleven year old girl, she has high energy but can suddenly suffer fatigue, headaches-migraine. A re-occurring issue apart from the sudden headaches has been stomach ache after eating. We've had her iron levels checked amongst other things the latest being a blood sugar test that came back 143 which we were told is high- there is diabetes on both sides of the family- we eat well no fizzy drinks, not much juice lots of protein fruit and veg
