Hi There, I Was Put On Carbimazole For Graves Disease

Hi there, i was put on carbimazole for graves disease 9yrs ago. For 7yrs i was taking 60mg in the morning and the same at night. I was 23yrs old and had just had a baby, but my weight before graves was about 75 - 80kgs. I have stabilized and controlled my thyroid levels over the last 2yrs, but am still 105kgs and cant shed the weight. I no longer take any medication for my thyroid. I eat a very strict diet that eliminates gluten, lactose caffine etc which maintains my thyroid levels at normal, i even excersise 3times or more a wk.. is there something i can do or take to kick start my metabolism and at least start some weight loss which will stay off?
