Hi There, Im 21 And Lately Been Experiencing Problems, Every

Hi there, im 21 and lately been experiencing problems, every few days i get a disgusting smell down stairs, iv noticed the more water i drink it doesnt seem as bad but is still there. I wash every morning throughly and literally within hours it can smell again? At first i thought it was an STD but i just dont know, help??
