Hi There Im 7weeks And 6days Pregnant With My Second

Hi there im 7weeks and 6days pregnant with my second child. Last night when I went to the toilet there was a few drops of red bloody brown in the tissue. Iv got a really bad cold and iv been sneezing loads could it be from sneezing? I do have a history of 3/4 miscarriages in a row after I had my first child so I'm abit worried in if I'm losing it again.
