Hi there im a 19 year old and before i start im a virgin so if i have these diseases then i dont know what i will do but any thoughts on this case would be most helpful. Anyway about 5 months ago i went on a lads holiday to magaluf where i stupidly one night received protected oral sex from an african female sex worker. Before this happened i was very apprehensive about doing it as i said to the woman i wasnt sure since i didnt know if she had any diseases, as we proceeded she went to put on one of her own condoms and i said no we could use mine, she then dropped it on the ground and i said to pick it up it was fine. Anyway she put the condom on and performed oral sex on me. This isnt the worry of my possible transmission. The next day when i woke up and was changing my clothes i noticed a small puss spot on my hip bone area i believe she may have made a small cut on my hip and put a bleeding wound of hers over it infecting me with the virus this being possible as after we we
re finished she wiped me up with a sanitary tissue thing so could have cleaned up blood and also as we were walking away i went to go back and she asked where i was going and grabbed my hand and took my out of the car park (i know, classy) . Now as 5 months have passed i have experienced the following symptoms... At work sometimes in the corner of my eyes lights to my side would distort my vision in the corner of my sight, i also came down with a terrible cold one month after which was after i had just been up visiting my friends and had 4 days of binging which i put down to my friend having the worst cold i had ever seen and also loads of illness going around at the time and thats about it really up until recently i had passed up having HIV until in the last couple days i was having pain in my shoulders so i searched this up and seen that an enlarged spleen may be the cause of this and in the last few days my stomach has been hurting and so has my chest and armpits which ma
kes me think i may have hepatitis also as this is a symptom. I am genuinely worried sick i dont know if im being stupid and just having terrible anxiety which is giving me more symptoms or if i actually have these diseases, i have cried over the thought of this im not going to lie. Im know somethings wrong i can just tell as recently when feeling up my left side just under my armpit i could feel a tiny lymph node that wasnt overly swollen but to my knowledge i shouldnt be able to feel them even though ive had a swollen lymph node behind my ear for 4 years (thats another story). Im worried sick and im close to going to the doctors but im worried sick he takes a blood test and tells me the horrible news that will change my life. I know the way ive said i feel ive been infected sounds stupid through wound to wound contact and it would probably be the first reported case ever but my symptoms surely cant have much other explenation (in my head anyway). Any thoughts on this would
be so very much appreciated! My worry is unbearable i know ive never seen a reported case of HIV being transmitted through wound to wound contact but i am just absolutely certain that this is what has happened its killing me this thought
