Hi There Im Having Some GI Issues Not Sure If

Hi there im having some GI issues not sure if its a stomach bug or food poisoning...or if i shld see my doctor...I've had straight liquid diarrhea for 48hrs now ive pooped at least every half hour even through the night...it smells horribly bad and im in a great deal of pain...please tell me what i shld do
