Hi There Im Slightly Worried About A Lump In My

Hi there im slightly worried about a lump in my left upper arm it becomes tingly when i have heart burn which is near enough every day. And then slight discomfort following up my left shoulder through to my left side of my upper back. Due to working nights iv been suffering with sharp pains on and off in my heart the last one i had realy made me worry. Is their any chance you could no what it may possibly be please. Thanks.
