Hi there, inquiring about food poisoning. Ate some fast food on Monday night and a few hours later found myself vomiting, Diarrhea (black/grey) stool and intense cramping in my lower stomach. It's quite painful especially when vomiting. Is this something to go get checked out or will it pass?
