Hi, There Is A Mushy Lump On My Perineum. It

Hi, there is a mushy lump on my perineum. It hurts when I pee and I can feel it when I move. It looks like it extends from the right side of the labium minor and its flaming red. I've also noticed swollen inguinal lymph nodes on the right side. It has happened before and went away on its own but I really think something is wrong.
