Hi There Is Blood In My Urine I Have Had

Hi there is blood in my urine I have had a kidney stent on my left side . There is no pain when urinating and the last time I went and whipped there seemed to be blood clots present. Not sure if I should go to the ER I also have a bit of a stomach ache and diarrhea
