Hi There Ive Had What Apears To Be Trapped Food

Hi there ive had what apears to be trapped food in my food pipe above the chet area for around 4 days now i have tried lots of thimgs to help disloge it to no luck im in a lot of pain now with i cant eat it hurts when i try to or even when i burp or swallow fluid tried lits of remedies but having no luck and it is making me ill now should i go to A.E in the morning and if so what will they do ?
