Hi There Last Night I Was At Work And I

Hi there last night I Was at work and I suddenly became very short of breath and my nose became quite blocked so was finding it difficult to breath. I then noticed about an hour into it red blotches on my chest , neck , back of neck , arms and hands. It lasted about 2 hours then I was ok .. Do you have any idea what this could be please?
