Hi There My Ankles And Feet Were Injured When A

Hi there my ankles and feet were injured when a lift dropped two floors. I was x rayed at hospital to find excessive spacing of bones and soft muscle and ligament damage. After remaining in pain I was diagnosed a year later with sinus tarsi syndrome. I have had injections but I continue with swelling down the front of each foot. Any ideas why?
