Hi There, My Housemate Used Oven Cleaner On Our Oven

Hi there, my housemate used oven cleaner on our oven yesterday and did not tell anyone he had, he also failed to clean the cleaner out before myself and my boyfriend has eaten food cooked in it. It had been administered at 1 or 2 pm, and was apparently well ventilated, and we did not eat until 8:30 pm ish. I called to see if I should be seen but poison control were not too concerned and I didn't display and seriously side effects. However today I am feeling quite nauseous and my throat feels tight. I feel sluggish and my chest kind of hurts in the sense of slightly laboured breathing. I think I may be coming down with a cold, however, I have anxiety and am worrying that I'm having delayed effects to the food I consumed yesterday. Should I go to my emergency room? Or do you think I am fine and just falling not under the weather?
