Hi There, My Husband Has Been Put On Janumet XR

Hi there, my husband has been put on Janumet XR since October 4th this month. He also Indural LA 80mg in the morning. His blood sugar is doing great it is 130. His blood pressure has been good also 127/72.
He will have a small breakfast and after eating he doesn't feel good meaning extremely tired. Then later in the day he feels great.
What can we do to help him not feel extremely tired after eating.
He is also on
Lisinopril 10mg (he was taking in the morning which was causing him to feel really dizzy and causing him to go to sleep) so he has been taking the lisinopril at night.
Lexapro 10mg at night.
