Hi There My Name Is Chloe I Am 18 Years

Hi there my name is Chloe I am 18 years old and on Saturday 13 December I fell walking to work on concrete as I slipped on black ice since that morning I have had a tremendous pain in what seems to be my tailbone as that's what I fell on I am about 5ft 5/6 it hurts when I cough sneeze stand sit and sometime when I turn around I have been taking pain medication since Sunday/Monday and tried putting ice on it but nothing seems to help could you possibly help me and tell me what you think I might have done.
