Hi There, My Name Is Katie, Today At Work A

Hi there, my name is Katie, today at work a very large canned food item (approximately 7-9 lbs) fell on the medial top side of my left foot. So about 1" lower than my ankle but near the top. It is inflamed, but not very bad. It is painful and hurts to move it to much. I have no numbness and I can still move everything, I am hoping its just ligaments and tendons that have been stretched but I have never broken anything so I don't know what that would be like. Please let me know if its normal to be this painful.
