Hi There My Peeing Hole Hurts When I Pee But

Hi there my peeing hole hurts when I pee but this happened after I had diarrhea. So what happened was I was at school and had diarrhea so i did it in my pants and I think some diarrhea got into my peeing hole so now it really hurts when I pee and also if I move around when sitting it hurts real bad what is happening?
