Hi There My Son Has Been Diagnosed With Osteoid Osteoma

Hi there my son has been diagnosed with osteoid osteoma in his back.he is nine yrs old and my question is is there any treatment for him now a days v r gving him brufin .I m much more concern abt his 8degree scoliosis , back pain and recently developed numbness in neck.plz help me what should we do we live in Cape Town.
