Hi There My Son Is Six Months Old. Today He

Hi there my son is six months old. Today he became quite fussy, presenting symptoms were sudden increase in temperature, flushed cheeks, diareah, lethargy, and high pitched cry and a rash that later pwent away on chin. Tylenol was given. Temp and all symptoms except diareah were no longer an issues. A few hours his temperature increases, along with flushed face, irritability, I noticed his feet were swollen, puffy as well his ankles. Pitting edema was not present,swelling was not seen in hands or on other parts of the body. Im wondering if this is an issue that requires the ER, or that can be managed at home.
