Hi There, My Wife Is Pregnant And Had Her Blood

Hi there, my wife is pregnant and had her blood tests a week and a half ago. We just missed a call from the doctors office but unfortunately it is now after hours so we can't get a hold of them. They did not leave a message. Do doctors offices call after hours when it's urgent? Should we be concerned?
