Hi There On Tuesday I Fell Off A Four Wheeler

Hi there on Tuesday I fell off a four wheeler and got diagnosed with a concussion. I got a CT scan and came up negative for a brain bleed. Since then my headache hasn't got much better and i am starting to get dizzy upon standing and unsure if I should go back to the ER. I occasionally stumble as well
